This invention relates to the automotive industry, in particular to means for cleaning glasses.
The aim of the invention is to increase the cost-effectiveness of manufacturing and assembly.
FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view; in fig. 2 - the process of cutting logs; in fig. 3 shows a sequence of formation of the fixing edges ri of the reinforcement plate; in fig. 4 is a section A-A in FIG. 1 (profiled elastic scraper, cross section); in fig. 5 is a section BB in FIG. four.
The device includes a scraper 1, in the longitudinal grooves of which the reinforcing plate 2 is placed, the brush holder which consists of a middle part 3 having means for fastening it to a leash (not shown), and rocker arms 4 and 5 movably fixed at the ends of the middle part. At the ends of each of the rocker arms 4 and 5 there are pairs of legs 6 and 7, 8 and 9, covering the scraper. A pair of legs 6 is fixedly connected to the reinforcement plate 2 by means of axial fixation, which are carved out of said plate 2 and rebounded protrusions 10 and an emphasis 11 (fig 5). In the reinforcement plate 2, teeth (12) are carved (fig. 2) and bent (fig. 3), which cut into scraper 1 (fig. 5). The teeth 12 are formed by a dovetail-shaped notch (Fig. 2), interrupting the side edge of the reinforcement plate with a tapering part.
In fig-. Figure 2 shows the reinforcement plate 2, made in the form of a metal strip with a length significantly exceeding the thickness, which gives it satisfactory flexibility. This strip has a relatively large width, which prevents its deformation in the plane of the scraper. Itastinu 2 is made of a tape of constant width, periodically cutting off a part of the tape of the desired length. Before, during
time or after cutting, cutting is carried out, during which, in a known manner, near the end located near the attachment legs 6, two cuts are cut down, between which the remaining stop 11 remains. At the same time, each slot forms two narrow protrusions J O on the edge of the plate 2. On other edge of the strip forming
plate 2, at a short distance from the stops 11, is made in the form of a dovetail.
The protrusions 10 are folded outward, forming the supporting surfaces (FIG. 3).
At the same time on the opposite edge of the plate 2 bend the teeth 12.
FIG. 4 shows a cross-section of a profiled elastic scraper 1, besides a working one.

Alternatively, these teeth can be located on either side of the legs 6 or between them, i.e. at the same level, but from a different edge, the projections 10 and the stop 11. The teeth 12 can be replaced by a large number of smaller teeth, made, for example, by the notch method. The main thing is that the teeth should be at a sufficiently short distance from the tabs 6 so that the clamping force of these tabs is not only
caused effective cutting of teeth into the profiled part of the scraper, but also prevented them from exiting the scraper body, regardless of the amount of force arising from the operation of the wiper.

A WIPER comprising a scraper-mounted brush holder with tabs, a scraper made in the form of a profiled elastomer part, and at least one reinforcing plate made with a protrusion and tabs for the legs, connected to the scraper and connected to the brush holder by at least at least two. lapoks, one of which rests on the protrusion and is located between the stops, and the other is made longitudinally movable, characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of manufacturing and assembly, the reinforcing plate is fixed to the scraper by means of at least one tooth cut into the body of the scraper, protruding beyond the edge of the reinforcing plate facing the scraper and formed by a cut in the edge of the reinforcing plate made in the form of a swallow tail tail with bent one or two jaws located on foot level.
